The very concept of creativity is exciting. I’m sure we can all remember our first brush with creativity, and one common thought process usually is, ‘How did they think of this?’
But few people think, ‘What structures were put in place to make this work?’
Contrary to popular belief, creativity isn’t just the ideas, but the ability to follow through.
Creativity without putting in the work is just a brain fart. Creativity may be King but following through is Supreme.
